END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

This license is a legal agreement between UkraineTopoMap (hereinafter referred to as the Licensor) and the end-user (hereinafter referred to as the Licensee).

By purchasing this digital map (hereinafter referred to as the Product), you are granted the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product only on their personal Garmin devices.

• Permitted:
  • Use the map only on devices registered to the purchaser, i.e., on personal devices.
  • Make a backup copy of the Product for personal use.
• Prohibited:
  • Transfer, sell, rent, or share the Product with third parties.
  • Use the Product on devices that do not belong to the purchaser.
  • Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the map.

3. Liability and Limitations

The Licensor is not responsible for any possible malfunctions in the map's operation or its incompatibility with specific device models.

The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation.

4. Breach of Terms

In case of a breach of the license terms, the Licensor has the right to revoke the license, block access to the Product, and demand compensation for copyright infringement.

5. Term of License

This license is perpetual but may be revoked in case of breach of terms.

Confirmation of Agreement

By purchasing and installing the Product, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this agreement.

Effective Date: from the moment of receiving a copy of the product
